To make the perfect Espresso, insert the capsule blend of your choice in the appropriate slot and close it. At the press of a button your true Italian Espresso is ready within a minute. The exclusive aroma of Bennoti comes from the carefully selected beans, ground in full maturity and sealed in air tight containers. Bennoti machine also has a special steam nozzle for steam frothing which allows you to prepare a creamy cappuccino.

It only takes a minute to make a cup of espresso or cappuccino. Sice Bennoti Capsules are sealed, coffee remain fresh for approximately 18 months. The coffee is measured, ground, pressed and sealed to maintain a long lasting aroma and taste.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING   Domestic shipments are done by UPS (except to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes,APO/FPO/AE addresses, etc.—which will be shipped by USPS Parcel service w. delivery confirmation).
INTERNATIONALSHIPPING  All shipments outside of continental U.S. will be shipped by USPS Air Mail insured service. All duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for exchange or refund (if the item is 100% BRAND NEW) within 7 calendar days after the order has been received.  Include the original Packing List/Invoice with the return/exchange along with your explicit instructions. Shipping and handling charges do not get refunded (unless Victory-Direct is at fault of sending a wrong/defective item).
RETURNS AND  EXCHANGES  
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER       If your item/carton arrived damaged, send us a notification email to victorydirect@gmail.comKeep the box until you get further instructions from us non how to proceed. If your order is missing an item, or an incorrect item was shipped, you HAVE TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days (for U.S. shipping addresses), notify us immediately. International orders take 10-14 days to arrive (usually the shipment is held up by the local customs clearance)—if you do not receive your order within 14 days after making a payment, send us an email!
